Who is responsible for your data

What we collect and why

• To hold your booking — name, email, phone, country, the dates and lodge you chose, extras, requests, and the House Rules version you accepted. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• To meet our legal duties — guest registration and traveller reporting required of Spanish accommodation providers, and accounting records. Legal basis: legal obligation.
• To run the VIP Club — your stay history, nights and spend, so your tier can be calculated. Legal basis: performance of the club membership you asked for.
• To send you offers — only if you asked us to. Legal basis: consent, withdrawable from any email or from your account.

Who else sees it

Our hosting and email providers, and our payment provider when you pay by card. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with booking sites.

How long we keep it

Booking and accounting records for the periods Spanish law requires; marketing consent until you withdraw it; VIP Club records while your membership is active.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, by writing to hola@dunastarifa.com. You may also complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
